Nautica, è allarme personale. Confindustria: “Manca manodopera specializzata”
“C’è un problema di reperibilità di manodopera specializzata. Le nostre aziende hanno il grande problema di trovare personale specializzato. Non si trovano dai saldatori al tecnico specializzato all’ingegnere“. Andrea Razeto, vicepresidente di Confindustria Nautica, ha fatto il punto, al Salone Nautico, sulla situazione per un settore che va a gonfie vele, macinando fatturato e ordini, ma ha bisogno di personale che sappia lavorare in un cantiere nautico o un’azienda di accessoristica.
“Per ora non è un fattore frenante ma sul lungo periodo potrebbe esserlo – dice Razeto –, per questo stiamo lanciando un grido d’allarme in tutte le sedi. E’ un problema che sentiamo specialmente nella componente artigianale. Il distretto del Tirreno, dalla Liguria alla Toscana, dove si concentra gran parte della produzione di barche, si basa sulla manodopera e il saper fare, però fatica ad arrivare nuova linfa, l’età media si sta un po’ alzando“.
Non scatta il ricambio generazionale, i giovani interessati a lavorare in cantiere sono pochi. “Forse è un problema culturale – dice Razeto – su cui bisognerebbe lavorare con le scuole, l’università e l’industria in generale. Non è un problema di retribuzione: applichiamo contratti collettivi nazionali e, anzi, alcuni dipendenti vengono molto ben retribuiti perché sono molto specializzati e ricercati“.
