Palermo, l’alta cucina siciliana sbarca al porto: il bando dell’Adsp
È pubblicato sul sito dell’Autorità di Sistema portuale del Mare di Sicilia occidentale (www.adsppalermo.it) il bando per l’affidamento di due concessioni demaniali marittime sul Molo Trapezoidale.
Si tratta di due edifici previsti nel progetto di riqualificazione del Trapezoidale del porto di Palermo da adibire a ristoranti: il primo lotto riguarda un edificio di 231,00mq di area coperta e di 374,00mq di area scoperta, con destinazione “Alta ristorazione di tradizione siciliana”, mentre il secondo riguarda un immobile di 231,00mq di area coperta e 374,00mq di area scoperta, con destinazione “Sushi/ crudo bar”. La durata della concessione è di otto anni e ogni partecipante alla gara potrà presentare la domanda per un solo lotto.

“In quello spazio che, appena completato, davvero rivoluzionerà il rapporto tra Palermo e il suo mare, abbiamo previsto, tra l’altro, due ristoranti di alto livello con specifico riferimento alla tradizione siciliana, sempre molto richiesta dal turista. Puntiamo ad eccellenze che dovranno accontentare differenti tipologie di fruitori, cittadini, crocieristi e proprietari degli yacht che ormeggeranno proprio dinanzi ai ristoranti. Come è successo a Sant’Erasmo, e sulla scia del modo di operare di questa Authority, che non si limita alla realizzazione di isolate infrastrutture ma le concorda con il mercato, si creeranno nuovi posti di lavoro, attivando nuove economie. Auspico una folta partecipazione” commenta il presidente dell’Autorità di Sistema portuale del Mare di Sicilia occidentale, Pasqualino Monti.
I partecipanti non devono essere in possesso di altre concessioni demaniali o autorizzazioni rilasciate dall’AdSP nella circoscrizione territoriale del porto di Palermo per lo stesso scopo, devono essere iscritti da almeno cinque anni nel Registro delle Imprese presso la CC.I.AA. competente per territorio e devono avere esercitato l’attività di ristorazione per almeno cinque anni, di cui tre consecutivi. Il termine ultimo per la presentazione delle offerte scade il 17 ottobre 2022 (ore 12).
