Pesca, Fedepesca e Coldiretti: “Rinnovato il contratto per 27mila lavoratori”
È stato rinnovato il CCNL per gli addetti imbarcati su natanti esercenti la pesca marittima che riguarda circa 27.000 lavoratori e svolgono il proprio lavoro su circa 12.000 imbarcazioni. Lo rendono noto Federpesca e Coldiretti che, insieme a Fai-Cisl, Uila Pesca e Flai-Cgil hanno rinnovato il contratto collettivo di lavoro proprio alla vigilia della ripresa in molte marinerie delle attività di pesca dopo il fermo obbligatorio.
La dinamica salariale concordata, riferiscono Federpesca e Coldiretti, prevede una prima tranche di aumento al 1/o ottobre del 3% e una seconda dal 1/o ottobre 2023 del 3,5%.
“Si tratta – sottolineano Federpesca e Coldiretti – di un importante segnale di responsabilità di imprese e lavoratori del settore ittico nazionale di fronte ad una emergenza mondiale in un momento di grande incertezza a livello internazionale con un aumento dei costi di produzione, in particolare il gasolio, insostenibili ed un’inflazione che si avvicina alle due cifre e che pesa in maniera importante sulle famiglie e sui lavoratori. Il rinnovo ha riguardato alcuni istituti di carattere normativo ed indennità economiche“.
