Santi (Federagenti): “Crisi di Governo non è blackout decisionale”
“Come Agenti Marittimi siamo pronti a denunciare ogni tentativo di indurre inerzia o di strumentalizzare la situazione politica, trasformandola in un alibi, con il risultato di fermare il settore mare, vitale per il Paese”.
Così Alessandro Santi, Presidente della Federagenti in merito alla crisi di governo. Santi esorta a fare “in fretta e non fermate la macchina, frapponendo ostacoli procedurali o inerzie ingiustificate”.
“La crisi politica non significa – sottolinea Santi – un blackout decisionale. Un governo in carica esiste e può varare decisioni anche importanti e il governo che verrà avrà il dovere di mettersi al lavoro subito, testa bassa, per fare quello che va fatto tagliando procedure, orpelli, burocrazia”. “Per noi, che viviamo quotidianamente sulle banchine, sono prioritari alcuni interventi – continua -. Il sistema portuale e logistico italiano ha bisogno subito di garanzie sulla realizzazione delle nuove infrastrutture siano esse inserite nel PNRR o no, dello sblocco dei lavori di dragaggio che rischiano di stoppare sotto fango e terra l’operatività dei porti, dello snellimento burocratico di tutte le procedure autorizzative necessarie a far funzionare il sistema logistico del Paese, della revisione della 84/94 che riporti gli operatori portuali al centro delle decisioni strategiche e dell’adeguamento ai nuovi scenari normativi della nostra legge professionale”.
“L’Italia si deve dotare di uno strumento di ‘Governo’ dell’Economia del Mare nel suo concetto più allargato – conclude – che sia sovraordinato ai singoli ministeri e che dipenda direttamente dalla presidenza del Consiglio a cui è demandata la linea strategica di un paese che, rivolgendosi nuovamente al mare e solo da esso, potrà guardare positivamente al futuro”.
