“Questa stagione è andata bene ma non supereremo i dati del 2019“.
Si è appena conclusa l’estate 2022 e il Presidente di Noi Albergatori Siracusa ha fornito a ilSIcilia.it una panoramica del turismo sull’Isola… e non solo.
“Siamo contenti, soprattutto dell’afflusso degli stranieri che, probabilmente, nella nostra città supereranno i soggiorni degli italiani“, aggiunge Giuseppe Rosano.
A preoccupare ulteriormente il settore ricettivo è il rincaro delle bollette.
“Si pensa di chiudere gli alberghi in anticipo – dice -. Pensare di tenere una struttura aperta con pochissima gente e con i costi che ci sono, non ne vale la pena. Questo va a scapito, non solo del turismo e dei ricavi, ma anche per il nostro personale a cui non possiamo garantire la continuità dei rapporti di lavoro”.
In merito alle elezioni appena passate e future il Presidente di Noi Albergatori Siracusa ha sottolineato che: “Se dovessi confidare su quello che devono fare i politici, a quest’ora, chiuderemmo le aziende“.
“Dobbiamo contare sulla nostra forza per cercare di promozionare e incentivare il turismo. Noi albergatori prima vendiamo la destinazione turistica e poi i nostri alberghi. Su questo eventualmente ci deve essere una collaborazione con l’istituzione regionale che invito ad affiancare l’imprenditoria per promozionare fortemente nella qualità dell’offerta turistica del territorio”.
In merito alle elezioni comunali di Siracusa che si terranno nella prossima primavera: “Analizzeremo le proposte di tutti, e vedremo il pensiero politico che questa città deve assumere soprattutto per quanto riguarda i servizi da dare alla città che sono fortemente da migliorare se vogliamo che Siracusa primeggi in Sicilia con i flussi turistici“.
